Cleaning & Care :
Depending on the ignition environment, discoloration, stains, etc. of leather may occur
Be careful when wearing it with bright colors
Due to the nature of natural leather, fine scratches, leather resolution, and tendons may be seen,
If you are exposed to a material that is weak in water, dry it thoroughly and ignite it.
If there is contamination, wipe it with a dry cloth
Dry it completely in a well-ventilated place.

* Because of the nature of natural leather, ramskin suede material has wrinkles, spots, differences in color, resolution marks,
There may be powder dripping at the end of the cutting
It is vulnerable to contamination and stains and requires careful care to avoid moisture (eye, non-eye)

In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

2) We accept return(s) if:
- you are returning due to change of mind(on size, color, etc.)

**Return Instructions
(1) Post a return request on our 1:1 QNA within 3 days of receipt. You are required to attach photos of the received product(s) and include the item code, order number, and reason for return.
(2) A customer service representative will be in contact to assist you by email
(3) Items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. Please make sure to include a note of your order number, name, and user ID.

* Please be advised that returns are accepted ONLY IF you followed the instructions above and your return request has been approved by our staff.
  Returns that are shipped to us without any prior consent are not accepted.
* Please note that EVEN defective/incorrect item(s) must be returned with all of the tags and labels intact.
  The item(s) must be sent unworn and in the original packaging.
* Please include all contents of the original package and free gifts (if applicable) in your return package.

* Return shipping fees for faulty/wrong orders will be paid for or reimbursed.
  If the Cash-On-Delivery option is not available for your EMS shipment,
  scan the return receipt and either mail it with the item to return or post an image of it on the forum.
  The shipping fee will be refunded once the returned item has arrived.

3) We do not accept return(s) if:

- Any item from which the tags have been removed, regardless of if they were defective on arrival
- Customized or handmade items
- Cosmetics being opened
- Items having the trace of scent, cigarette, perfume, use, wash, or alterations
- Items that have been damaged intentionally including, but not limited to, lost tags, alterations, washing damages, even if the item was defective upon arrival
- you are returning shoes, bags, or any other accessories
- the products are damaged due to customer mishandling
- your return request is not approved by our staff
- All goods returned without previous notice or in spite of return denial by our CS team will not be accepted

The following items are not considered defective:

* Items that are originally manufactured without tags or labels
* Items with creases that may have been made during shipment
* Items with unsatisfactory/incomplete finish due to mass production

4) If there is a missing item from your order:
* Contact our customer service center by forum within 3 days of delivery.
* Please keep all contents of the original package including packaging material (boxes, plastic bags, etc.) with you until you are instructed otherwise.
