  • CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

    The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. 

    Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. 

    In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. 

    Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

    All requests for returns and exchanges must be made within 3 days of receiving the item (even for defective items).

    Once confirmed items must be returned within 10 days.


    Please note that the deadlines are based on KST (Korean Standard Time).


    We don’t offer exchanges for change of mind right now. You can return your item to us for a refund.


    Smooth Mood must be contacted via the Contact Board before making any returns.


    When posting a refund request for defective or wrongly shipped items, please include detailed pictures of the item(s) along with the order number, product codes, and a written explanation to the Contact Board

    If any items are missing from your package, contact our customer service the day you receive your package.


    Smooth Mood  will only bear the shipping costs of defective or wrongly shipped items.  All other shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. 

    If non-defective items are sent to Smooth Mood along with defective items, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs.


    The following are not eligible for returns:


            - if you ship your item without prior notice.

            - if 10 days have passed since receiving items.

            - if the tags/labels (User guide, boxes, additional items) of the items are damaged.

            - if there is a trace of use (applicable to defective items as well).

            - due to threads coming out from massive production or threads which can be seen.

            - due to stains that can be removed by wet wipes.

            - due to stains or damages caused by the customer.

            - if items are washed, altered, or dry-cleaned.

            - if items are customized or handmade items.


    Items that have been damaged intentionally including, but are not limited to, lost tags, alterations, washing damage, even if the item was defective upon arrival.

    All goods returned without previous notice will not be accepted.

    You may cancel an order if the “preparing products” status remains for 10 days or longer. 

    Smooth Mood  is not responsible for problems caused by the carelessness of buyers.  


    Items returned that are identified to be damaged by buyers will result in legal action taken by Smooth Mood according to seller and buyer’s protection laws.  

    Please wash and care for items according to the tips stated on the website.

    Wrinkles or creasing from delivery or minor issues with stitches, glue marks, or chalk marks will not be considered defects.

    Items that are the wrong size due to wrong measurements by the buyer will not be considered defective items.


    All products must be returned in the same condition as they were shipped, including product, bag, box, and any gifts.  

    If any gifts that were sent have been used or lost, the buyer will be responsible for paying for those items in order to complete a return.

    Products will only be shipped after payment has been made.

    Preparation and Shipment will take 7-10 business days  (for items in stock)

    If the item needs restocking it will take 5-10 working days for the preparation.

    Shipping may take longer for some items.

    Tracking information may take 2-3 days to be available.

    - Please make sure to double-check the import regulations of your shipping destination before you make your purchase. 

    Packages may return or be discarded if the order is ineligible for the local customs regulations. Cost for return and disposal should be shouldered by the customer.

    Such cases may occur frequently in Spain, Italy, Peru, Russia, Vietnam, Chile etc, so please consider your shipping district before making an order.

    

    International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches the country of destination.
